Pastor Drew - office days will be Tues and Thurs this sememester, School Staff Appreciation Sunday 11/13/11, Prayer Ministry is almost ready, Challenge Grant Info, Convention Update
Deacon John - Cross Repair still a work in progress but close to being finished, will be preaching 11/20/11 and again in December, Clergy Day in Madison on this Thursday, Prayer Ministry updates
Building and Grounds (Ken) - Windows Plastic Application/Winter Prep still to be done, Sign above door to be redone, Audio-visual still being investigated, Elevator/Lift still being investigated, Front Step Repairs completed, Maintainance Log to be developed
Treasurer's - Pledges have been coming in, Plan on doing Budget for next year at next vestry meeting
Junior Warden (Jody) - nothing specific
Senior Warden (Ann) Time & Talent Survey and Ministry Fair early next year, Midnight Magic
Old Business
Nicholas Fund - no updates
Mukwonago Teacher Support Program - no updates
Midnight Magic - decision on food options to be made within the week
New Business
Vestry Leadership Day - attended by Drew, John, Kathy and Jan, positive experience with sharing to some of the information presented to Vestry
Christmas Outreach - Plan on a "shopping day" at Pick N Save on December 11th to help stock the Food Pantry, Bell Ringing for Salvation Army (Ann will contact for date)
