Meeting Schedule
ECW meetings are scheduled monthly. Generally they occur the 2nd Sunday of each month from 5 to 6/6:30 p.m. If you are unable to attend information from the meeting(s) will be posted on the bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall.

Discussion Items
Midnight Magic – December 5th from 10 am to midnight (probably 10 pm for us) Gingerbread men decorating , walking tacos, hot cider, sale of Bread in a Jar, James will bring blown glass- ornaments and other items, pre made (by us) gift baskets and "make your own gift baskets" with stationary and other items, possibly other craft items (check with Linda S and Joanna P). Will not be doing Cookie Mix in a Jar unless someone wants to make up these on their own, also will accept baked goods for sale if anyone is interested in baking, will develop a flyer. Youth Group will help in baking gingerbread men -date to be determined. People volunteered to do shopping for needed items. Need to build the Gingerbread Cottage prior to event - most likely the Sunday before.
Holiday Family (Angel Tree) - Corrin will get the info/family name so we can shop for appropriate items
Gingerbread Houses Annual construction project set for Friday December 11th at 6:30. Ann and Corrin will bake the necessary walls and roofs. Will need a variety of decorating items. Let Ann know if you be attending so she can get a count.
Hat and Mitten Tree Will put up tree the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Need more adult sized hats and mittens since there is a greater need for these sizes.
Game Night Most likely in January since November and December fairly well booked with things to do.
Shrove Tuesday Looking ahead - February 16th is the date for the Annual Pancake Meal
